The team led by SNP partner Thomas Schmid was particularly active in the drafting and negotiation of contracts as well as the management, implementation and support of the due diligence process. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price of the transaction, which is still subject to approval by the relevant authorities.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Founded in Essen in 2011, the Mindcurv Group is active in the field of scalable digital platforms and cloud innovations with over 700 employees at 13 locations.
