Freiburg, 2 July 2024 – Since 1 July 2024, the commercial law firm SNP has been advising and representing the state broadcasters merged into ARD as well as Deutsche Welle, Deutschlandradio, ZDF and arte in the field of intellectual property rights.<\/strong><\/p>\n

In particular, Gero Wilke’s team will take over the entire extensive trademark portfolio of these broadcasters in trademark administration and monitoring as well as representation in the public trademark registers, thus visibly expanding SNP’s expertise in the area of IP\/IT.<\/p>\n
