Munich, September 9, 2024 | Condominium owners’ associations (WEG) have different experiences with their property management companies.<\/strong> In the case reported by the ZDF WISO team, a commissioned property management company allegedly did not pay outstanding bills of the WEG and invested its reserve funds in unsuitable investments without the consent of the owners’ association.<\/strong><\/p>\n

In an interview with WISO, our partners Burkhard R\u00fcscher<\/a> and Dr. Wilhelm Vogt<\/a> talk about their legal assessment of the facts of the case.<\/p>\n
