SNP has been recognized in a total of eleven legal fields:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Labor law<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Construction law<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Mergers and Acquisitions<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Corporate Law<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Real Estate Law<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 IT Law<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Dispute Resolution<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Private Equity<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Restructuring and Insolvency Law<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Tax Law<\/p>\n<p>\u2022 Venture Capital<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The best law firms were selected by the US publishing house Best Lawyers. The publishing house evaluates the law firms according to the frequency with which lawyers from a law firm are recommended in a particular field of law. The publisher uses the peer-to-peer principle, in which lawyers vote for colleagues whom they consider worthy of recommendation.<\/p>\n<p>The ranking covers the recommended law firms in 60 legal fields. There are three different categories in total, including a national and a regional ranking. The ranking is weighted according to the frequency of recommendations.
