Berlin, April 7, 2025 – The commercial law firm SNP Schlawien has gained a new partner at its Berlin office in the form of Dr. Wilhelm Bellut, who will enrich the teams operating throughout Germany in the areas of liability and banking law with his extensive expertise.\u00a0<\/b>He is joining SNP from the law firm B\u00fcsing M\u00fcffelmann & Theye.<\/b><\/p>\n

Dr. Bellut<\/a> (58) has extensive expertise in professional liability for legal and tax advisory professions and specializes in defending against claims arising from D&O damages \u2013 both in and out of court. He counts numerous liability insurers among his clients, who also value him in matters of coverage law and as monitoring counsel. He also advises and represents credit institutions on key topics such as credit and collateral law, payment transactions, and securities and investment business. In doing so, he supports his clients in enforcing their own claims and defending against third-party claims.<\/p>\n

\u201cWith Dr. Wilhelm Bellut, we are gaining a top-class addition who will significantly expand our range of advice in liability and banking law,\u201d says Andreas Gemeinhardt, a partner at the Berlin office.
