Hauger is joining SNP Schlawien from the law firm SeibertLink.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/snp.law\/en\/team\/simon-hauger\/\">Simon Hauger<\/a> (55) is an attorney, tax advisor and specialist attorney for tax law. He advises companies of all sizes as well as their shareholders in the areas of tax law, corporate law \/ M&amp;A, inheritance law and asset succession. He combines legal and tax expertise to develop customized and sustainable solutions for his clients. In addition, Hauger represents his clients in civil disputes, for example in shareholder disputes, contractual disputes and tax proceedings.<\/p>\n<p>Simon Hauger brings particular expertise from his work with international real estate companies. Here he gained extensive experience in the corporate and tax structuring of real estate projects and transactions.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWith Simon Hauger, we are gaining a highly experienced and technically adept partner who will further strengthen our tax expertise and expand our range of advisory services at the Stuttgart office,\u201d said Christof Blau\u00df, a partner at the Stuttgart office.
