D\u00fcsseldorf, June 10, 2025 \u2013 The business law firm SNP Schlawien provided comprehensive legal advice to the shareholders of B&B Leiterplattenservice GmbH (B&B), based in Mittweida (Germany), on the sale of the company to the NCAB Group. The team led by SNP partner Christian Lentf\u00f6hr was responsible in particular for drafting and negotiating the contract.<\/strong><\/p>\n

In the 2024 financial year, B&B generated net sales of around SEK 150 million and employed a total of 25 people, 20 of whom were based in Mittweida and 5 in China. The company primarily supplies customers in the industrial and energy sectors in Germany, but is also active in Italy. Procurement is mainly from China and via a European partner.<\/p>\n

The NCAB Group expects the acquisition to generate synergies in the areas of supplier management, payment terms, and logistics. With this acquisition, NCAB aims to further strengthen its position in the German market. The purchase price is SEK 135 million, supplemented by a possible performance-related additional payment of up to SEK 28 million.<\/p>\n
