Since 2026, I have been working as an attorney on the team of Attorney Thomas H. Golzer and am specifically expanding my expertise in private construction and architectural law as well as public procurement law at SNP’s Leipzig office.
Every day, I deepen my knowledge of legal issues surrounding construction contracts, construction contract law, the VOB/B, the BGB’s provisions on contracts for work and services, and the HOAI—and I gain practical insights into cases involving construction and architectural law as well as public procurement—ranging from contract drafting and legal support for procurement procedures and bids to the enforcement of claims arising from construction disruptions, construction defects, contract amendments, and construction delays.
My areas of focus also include issues of architect and engineer liability, real estate developer law, and the awarding of public construction contracts.
In doing so, I benefit from the many years of experience of the team I am part of and am continuously developing my skills in a technically demanding and practice-oriented area of law.
