Alicia Böck

As an attorney, I provide comprehensive advice and representation in all matters of inheritance law and estate planning—both in terms of proactive planning and in the enforcement and defense against inheritance claims.

My practice focuses in particular on asserting claims to a compulsory share and bequests, defending against such claims, and the distribution of estates among heirs. I assist you both in out-of-court settlements and in court proceedings, and I consistently advocate for your interests.

I place particular emphasis on a strategy that takes into account not only the legal and financial context but also the personal and family aspects that are often intertwined with matters of inheritance law.
