About me

For over 30 years, I have been providing my clients with competent and solution-orientated advice in commercial, contract, compensation and, in particular, insolvency and restructuring law. In 2007, I joined SNP and expanded the firm’s range of advisory services in the areas of insolvency law and restructuring.

Before moving to the consultancy side, I worked for 15 years at the law firm Leonhardt & Partner, including as a court-appointed insolvency administrator, trustee and special insolvency administrator. There I handled complex large-scale insolvencies as well as medium-sized companies and personal insolvencies.

Companies, management and shareholders appreciate my legal and commercial expertise in drafting contracts, negotiating with the other party and providing comprehensive and far-sighted advice – even in difficult and complex situations.

As part of real estate transactions, I work with our team to carry out due diligence checks on the buyer and seller side and draft or negotiate property or share purchase agreements.

In particular, my expertise includes

  • Commercial law
  • Contract law
  • Advising managing directors/board members on liability issues and criminal law relevance
  • Company acquisitions out of insolvency
  • Real estate transactions
  • Reorganisation and restructuring advice
  • Loan restructuring
  • Advising debtors and creditors in the run-up to and during insolvency
  • Enforcement of claims (security interests, retention of title) in insolvency
  • Representation in creditors’ committees
