Michael Goebel

As a certified specialist in labour law, I have been advising employers and employees for more than 20 years on all legal issues relating to the conclusion of employment contracts, the implementation of employment relationships and their termination. I also advise employers on all issues relating to works constitution law and provide support in disputes with the works council.

In tenancy and residential property law, I am a certified specialist with a focus on landlord and tenant law and residential property management. I advise on all aspects of tenancy agreements, both commercial and private, as well as on the management of residential property. I also advise medical practitioners on the sale or takeover of medical practices, including the drafting and negotiation of contracts.

I try to find the most economically sensible way for my clients to solve their problems, be it through out-of-court work or through suitable instruments of out-of-court dispute resolution, such as mediation. If this is not successful, I have many years of extensive litigation experience to successfully represent my clients before the labour or civil courts in accordance with their interests.

My office dog Henry helps me to focus every day without losing sight of my surroundings.
