About me

As a lawyer since 1999 and as a certified specialist in tenancy and condominium law since 2010, I advise national and international companies from the real estate industry as well as institutional investors on all legal issues arising in connection with the acquisition, management and sale of real estate and real estate companies.

As part of transactions, my team and I carry out due diligence reviews on both the buyer and seller side, draft and negotiate asset or share purchase agreements as well as sale and leaseback agreements and advise on their financing.

I also focus on advising real estate companies and public clients on tenancy law and all aspects of property and asset management.

I also have extensive litigation experience and represent my clients in court in all matters of tenancy and real estate law as well as in post-M&A disputes.
