Christian Lentföhr

My clients are primarily medium-sized companies as well as their shareholders and managing directors. As a board member of a non-profit organisation, I am familiar not only with the legal but also the entrepreneurial view of things and bring this to bear in consultations and negotiations.

My work in corporate law focuses on drafting contracts, taking into account the tax implications of company succession, company acquisitions or the choice of legal form when founding a company. I have many years of litigation experience in shareholder disputes and managing director liability.

In labour law, I advise employers, executives and board members, in particular on all questions of individual labour law and employment law for managing directors. Together with the certified specialist in IT law and intellectual property at SNP, I deal with issues of employee data protection and the protection of companies against anti-competitive behaviour by their employees, e.g. unfair enticement of employees, betrayal of trade and business secrets, taking of customer data by departing employees and non-competition clauses.

I am interested in literature, theatre and nature. As a ‘Messagier d’Orde International des Anysetiers’, Dissemination Officer for the Geneva Red Cross Conventions and as part of the LNI Legal Network International, of which SNP is also a member, I speak fluently English and French.
