Torsten Seiffert

I am a recognised specialist in commercial and criminal tax law and represent the clients of our law firm throughout Germany. In addition, I am not only active as a lawyer in hunting and firearms law, but also as a lecturer and political advisor.

In all of the above-mentioned areas of law, I have repeatedly succeeded in obtaining landmark decisions for our clients, which have led to significant changes in the case law of the Federal Supreme Court or the Higher Administrative Courts.

In the Free State of Saxony, I regularly train employees of the investigating authorities, public prosecutors’ offices and weapons authorities in matters relating to weapons law and criminal law.

My particular strengths lie not only in my obvious knowledge of the law, but also in my extensive practical experience, good knowledge of human nature, committed assertiveness and the necessary tenacity.
