As a certified specialist in building and architects’ law, I have been advising national companies from the construction industry as well as architects and project developers for over 20 years on all legal issues arising in connection with the planning, development and ultimately the construction of property.

I advise public clients in advance in the course of the procurement process under public procurement law on the formulation and legally secure implementation of their procurement projects.

I also specialise in advising property companies on residential and commercial tenancy law and on all aspects of property and asset management.

I use suitable out-of-court dispute resolution tools (e.g. mediation or arbitration proceedings) to resolve conflicts, but I also have extensive litigation experience to successfully represent my clients in court in all construction and property law matters.

From competitive sport (rescue diver), I am used to swimming against the tide and achieving good results with the right tactics and experience.
