Zeynel Kara

As a lawyer specialising in corporate law and cross-border legal relations, I advise companies in particular on issues relating to national and international commercial and corporate law as well as labour law – both in inbound and outbound business. In addition to transaction and compliance advice, I also specialise in litigation before all instances.

During my studies, I focussed on German-Turkish commercial law and bilateral economic issues. I have been working in this field since 2006 and can now draw on almost two decades of experience in advising German and Turkish medium-sized companies, as well as companies from Switzerland and Austria (DACH) and Southeastern Europe (SEE). I also have in-depth legal knowledge and a very extensive network in these regions.

Since I was admitted to the profession, I have worked on mandates in multidisciplinary teams, always with a holistic view of the issues and objectives of my clients. I specialise in employment law, corporate law and commercial and distribution law, but also advise my clients on transactions and risk analyses. Tactical litigation and strategies for cross-instance proceedings are among my particular strengths.

At SNP, I am particularly responsible for the advisory business in connection with Turkey.
