As a certified specialist in tenancy and residential property law, I advise national and international companies from the property industry as well as institutional investors on all legal issues arising in connection with the acquisition, management and sale of properties, e.g. due diligence audits, negotiations of property purchase agreements, commercial leases, etc.
A further focus of my tenancy law work is the extrajudicial and procedural enforcement of and defence against claims by and against real estate companies holding the property – particularly in commercial tenancy law.
As certified specialist in labour law, I primarily deal with the judicial defence and enforcement of employment law claims (e.g. protection against dismissal, wages, references) as well as providing ongoing employment law advice to medium-sized companies.
Furthermore, I have always assisted our clients in the settlement of traffic accidents and the defence against fines.
In order to resolve disputes, I initially resort to suitable instruments of out-of-court dispute resolution, but with more than 20 years of litigation experience, I also enforce my clients’ claims in court with the necessary vigour.
In my opinion, the key to success is the precise determination of the facts and the involvement of the client in the legal evaluation. After all, the right legal conclusions depend on the facts of the case and the client must always know what is important at the crucial moment. I bring the necessary empathy and clear language to the table, as well as my passion for practising law.
