As a certified specialist in banking and capital market law, I have been advising national and international banks from the DACH region as well as leasing and factoring companies on all contractual, capital markets and regulatory matters for over 20 years. One of my main areas of expertise is the drafting of full-service leasing contracts and advising clients on regulatory issues and their implementation. I have been working for a client for many years on the legal committee of the Federal Association of German Leasing Companies (BDL). I am listed as a recommended lawyer in the list of lawyers published by the BDL.

A further focus of my work is the recovery of non-performing loans, the establishment and implementation of receivables management for my clients and the judicial enforcement of their claims.

I also advise private clients on all property law matters, in particular on structuring their assets, planning anticipated succession and drafting wills and inheritance contracts.
