In my main area of real estate law, I primarily advise municipal corporations, medium-sized companies in the construction and real estate industry, condominium owners’ associations and freelance planning offices.

I support my clients in the acquisition, development, construction, sale and management of real estate; I negotiate and draft contracts for all areas of application and represent their interests in conflict situations both in and out of court.

I can look back on more than 30 years of forensic work in numerous civil and administrative law proceedings, during which I have acquired a sound judgment as to which forms of negotiation and which economically justifiable costs can be used to achieve solutions that are in the client’s best interests.
