New tax law partner: Simon Hauger strengthens SNP in Stuttgart

Stuttgart, April 14, 2025 – The commercial law firm SNP Schlawien has gained Simon Hauger as a new partner for its Germany-wide tax law team and the Stuttgart office. Hauger is joining SNP Schlawien from the law firm SeibertLink.

Simon Hauger (55) is an attorney, tax advisor and specialist attorney for tax law. He advises companies of all sizes as well as their shareholders in the areas of tax law, corporate law / M&A, inheritance law and asset succession. He combines legal and tax expertise to develop customized and sustainable solutions for his clients. In addition, Hauger represents his clients in civil disputes, for example in shareholder disputes, contractual disputes and tax proceedings.

Simon Hauger brings particular expertise from his work with international real estate companies. Here he gained extensive experience in the corporate and tax structuring of real estate projects and transactions.

“With Simon Hauger, we are gaining a highly experienced and technically adept partner who will further strengthen our tax expertise and expand our range of advisory services at the Stuttgart office,” said Christof Blauß, a partner at the Stuttgart office. The number of partners at the Stuttgart office has thus increased to a total of five, along with a counsel and an associate.
