SNP advises Deutsche Investment on the acquisition of two buildings in Cologne

Munich, 5 July 2023 | The commercial law firm SNP Schlawien has advised Deutsche Investment Kapitalverwaltung AG on the purchase of two residential and commercial buildings with a combined rental area of around 2,200 square metres in Cologne.

The purchases were made for the special AIF “Deutsche Investment – Wohnen Deutschland I”. The seller is Dr. Rüger Holding GmbH & Co. KG, a family office and real estate company from Cologne. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.

The two connected properties with a total of 28 residential and four commercial units are located in Mathiasstraße, in a central inner city location in Cologne with very good public transport connections and are currently fully let.

SNP Schlawien already advised Deutsche Investment on the acquisition of further residential and commercial units in Berlin in autumn 2022.
