Munich, 29 February 2024 | The commercial law firm SNP Schlawien has advised the Mindcurv Group, which specialises in data and e-commerce, on its takeover by Accenture subsidiary Accenture Song. The team led by SNP partner Thomas Schmid was particularly active in the drafting and negotiation of contracts as well as the management, implementation and support of the due diligence process. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price of the transaction, which is still subject to approval by the relevant authorities.
