Munich, September 9, 2024 | Condominium owners’ associations (WEG) have different experiences with their property management companies. In the case reported by the ZDF WISO team, a commissioned property management company allegedly did not pay outstanding bills of the WEG and invested its reserve funds in unsuitable investments without the consent of the owners’ association.
