As a certified specialist in tenancy and residential property law, I have been advising national and international companies from the real estate industry as well as institutional investors on legal issues arising from the acquisition, management and sale of properties for over 25 years.

 

The focus of my work is advising and representing clients on the conclusion of commercial leases, taking into account current regulatory and market-defined requirements (key words: ‘EU taxonomy’ and ‘green lease’).

 

I am also increasingly involved in insolvency law issues and disputes in commercial leases.
