Anna-Catharina Beese

As a lawyer in Thomas H. Golzer’s team, I am primarily active in the areas of commercial and corporate law, both in and out of court, but I also work on general civil law matters, namely landlord and tenant law, property law and labour law. In particular, I support clients in the drafting and conclusion of contracts.

A key focus of my work is providing legal advice on the sale and acquisition of company shareholdings (share deals), entire companies or individual assets (asset deals). I assist in the choice of the legal structure of the deal and provide support in drafting and negotiating contracts. A company acquisition is often followed by the question of a demerger or merger in accordance with the German Reorganisation Act, on which I also provide advice.

If disputes arise between the shareholders of corporations or partnerships, I advise on how to proceed, challenge resolutions and assert claims against the parties involved.

In the area of labour law, I advise employers and employees on all issues relating to future, existing or terminated employment relationships. I enter into dialogue with all parties involved in order to achieve an appropriate result.

In the area of tenancy law, I assist in the drafting, negotiation and review of commercial and residential tenancy agreements as well as in the procedural enforcement of tenancy agreement claims.
