I am a certified specialist in IT law as well as a certified specialist in intellectual property and have been advising companies in various areas of IT law, data protection law and intellectual property since 2016.

 

As a certified specialist in IT law, the focus of my work is on advising on IT projects and drafting and reviewing IT contracts, particularly in the areas of software development, licences, SaaS and cloud computing. In data protection law, I advise companies on the implementation of the requirements of data protection law (BDSG, GDPR), in particular on the legally compliant design of data processing processes and data protection agreements (order processing, joint control).

 

As a certified specialist in intellectual property , I advise companies in various areas of intellectual property. I specialise in trademark and competition law as well as matters relating to the protection of secrets.

 

At the Freiburg office, I am part of a multi-strong and experienced team of specialist lawyers for IT law and intellectual property, which has always placed a high value on customised and practical advice in these areas.
