Since 2014, I have been advising mainly medium-sized companies of all legal forms and their shareholders in the area of corporate law as well as in the area of the interface between labor law and corporate law. The focus of my work is on corporate transactions in the form of share and asset deals, including due diligence reviews and the formation of limited liability companies.
