The focus of my consulting services is on supporting medium-sized (family-owned) companies in all matters relating to corporate and commercial law. This includes in particular:

• the formation of partnerships and corporations (start-ups), including the drafting of articles of association;
• Advising and representing shareholders and managing directors in shareholder disputes and providing representation in and out of court
• Supporting clients in matters of corporate law and representing them in complex commercial and economic disputes
• Supporting and conducting shareholders’ meetings.

In addition, I advise companies across all industries on the drafting of contracts and the (litigious) enforcement of their rights. My practice focuses in particular on the drafting, revision, and negotiation of commercial and distribution agreements (in particular the drafting of: general terms and conditions of purchase and sale, quality assurance and confidentiality agreements, and framework supply agreements).

Another focus of my work is association law. This ranges from advising on the formation and restructuring of associations, assisting with the revision of statutes and strategic decisions, to advising board members on liability issues.
