About me

I advise national and international companies, credit institutions and financial services institutions on all aspects of banking and capital markets law, banking contract law and banking supervisory law.

One of my areas of specialisation is corporate financing, both through equity and debt transactions. I advise investors, borrowers and intermediaries on the raising of funds and the selection of suitable capital market instruments.

In addition, I advise both issuers and investors on the structuring, documentation and distribution of structured financial instruments in various forms such as certificates, funds, promissory note loans, bearer and registered securities and profit participation rights as well as OTC transactions under the German Master Agreement.

In banking supervisory law, I focus on financial market regulation and securities compliance issues.
