About me

As a lawyer and certified specialist in building and architects’ law, I have been advising clients, contractors, planners and consumers on private construction and architectural law for more than ten years.

My expertise covers the following areas in particular:

  • Advice on and drafting of building and planning contracts
  • Representing public clients in the realisation of construction projects, as well as in liability and warranty issues
  • Advising condominium owners’ associations, in particular on warranty issues
  • Defence against liability claims against architects and engineers
  • Enforcement of fee claims by planners

I advise my clients both out of court and in court disputes. In legal disputes, I always endeavour to find amicable solutions. If these cannot be achieved, I accompany my clients through court proceedings with the necessary willingness to engage in conflict.

Before joining SNP Schlawien in December 2022, I worked for ten years in a law firm in Munich specialising in private construction and architectural law.

I am married and have two children. I enjoy travelling in my free time.
