As a certified specialist in building and architects’ law, I have been advising national and international companies from the real estate industry as well as private and institutional investors for almost 20 years on all legal issues relating to the development, construction, acquisition, management and sale of real estate.

As part of project development, I work with my team to accompany the creation of a property from the drawing board to its use or utilization. When buying or selling existing properties, we carry out due diligence on the buyer and seller side, draft and negotiate property or share purchase agreements and advise on their financing.

To resolve conflicts, I use suitable instruments for out-of-court dispute resolution, but I also have extensive litigation experience to successfully represent my clients in court in all real estate law matters.
