Juliane Girstmair

I focus on employment law and mainly advise and represent companies and public employers. My area of activity covers all issues of individual and collective employment law.

In addition to providing ongoing advice to employers, my practice focuses in particular on disputes regarding protection against dismissal, the drafting of employment, service and termination agreements as well as advice on transfers of undertakings and mass redundancies. I also have particular expertise in matters of works constitution law and employment law litigation.

I also have many years of experience in issues relating to social law interfaces, in particular the distinction between self-employed persons and employees, including assisting companies in official and social court status proceedings and company audits.
