As a lawyer, I advise medium-sized companies in particular, providing comprehensive support in all legal matters relating to their day-to-day business. My work focuses on providing proactive and ongoing advice as well as support in litigation.
A particular focus of my work is on providing legal support to shareholders and managing directors. I assist them with corporate law issues, internal and external disputes, and the drafting and review of contracts.
In addition, I advise my clients on all general civil law issues that may arise in a business context.
