• Enforcement of and defense against claims after the occurrence of an inheritance, such as claims for a compulsory portion and in inheritance disputes;
• Representation in certificate of inheritance proceedings in the event of disputed validity and interpretation of wills or unclear succession;
• Advice and representation in the event of separation and divorce.
