Dr Marius Holdschik

As a certified specialist in building and architects’ law, I advise and represent private clients, condominium owners’ associations, building contractors, property developers, architects, engineers and project managers in the planning and realisation of new construction and renovation projects as well as in disputes arising from them.

 

My work centres on construction-related advice and litigation. My focus is on the procedural enforcement and defence of claims for defects. I have particular experience in the interface between property development and residential property law.

 

As part of my doctorate, I also acquired specialised knowledge of the commercial obligation to investigate and give notice of defects.
