About me

As a certified specialist in insurance law, I specialise in all areas of property and personal insurance. I advise and represent policyholders, insurers and insurance brokers out of court and enforce or defend claims in court.

My many years of practical experience relate in particular to claims arising from buildings insurance (water, fire, storm and natural hazards) as well as contents and business interruption insurance.

In the area of liability law, I specialise in pecuniary loss liability law, claims arising from D&O insurance, public liability insurance, cyber insurance and product liability law.

Due to my qualification as a certified specialist in tenancy and residential property law, I advise and represent condominium owners, condominium owners’ associations and administrators, commercial and private tenants and landlords as well as real estate agents.

My expertise in this area includes condominium law, tenancy law and all other property law matters.
