Martin Wild, LL. M.

As lawyer and a certified specialist in IT law, I advise companies on issues relating to IT law and in the field of intellectual property law.

 

My work includes strategic and legal advice on the protection of intellectual property. In particular, I support companies in the registration, acquisition and licensing of trade marks and other intellectual property rights and accompany and coordinate the management of both national and international trade mark and intellectual property rights portfolios.

 

I also specialise in trademark and competition law disputes and defend the interests of our clients both in court proceedings and in the event of a warning letter.

 

In IT law, I specialise in advising clients on digital business models. This often concerns issues in the area of electronic business transactions as well as internet and data protection law, but of course also the classic areas of negotiating and drafting IT project, software and licence agreements.

 

As several lawyers specialising in IT law and intellectual property law work at our Freiburg office, we also have the opportunity to support large projects in these areas as a team.
