Martina Richter

As a lawyer and a certified specialist both inheritance law and family law, I – together with my team – will provide you with committed and competent support based on my many years of experience in successfully advising and representing clients. One of my main areas of specialisation is German-Czech law.

I am the contact person for probate courts and notaries, also for complex issues or heir tracing. For non-profit organisations, private heirs or non-conflicting communities of heirs, I take care of the entire economic settlement of the estate at home and abroad, in particular of real estate, art, antiques, vehicles, household effects and bank assets.

I also advise and analyse with specialist colleagues in the area of company succession and develop individual solutions to safeguard family assets.

From playing handball, I am used to playing in a team and achieving success with the right tactics and experience.
