I have been advising medium-sized companies comprehensively on commercial law matters since 2004. I am passionate about the creative side of my profession and am enthusiastic about the preparation, establishment, structuring and handling of business relationships. I see my task as setting the framework for stable co-operation with customers and business partners together with my clients and also take care of the basics such as order documents and general terms and conditions. If necessary, I also assist my clients in court in cases of conflict or take care of debt collection, recovery, enforcement and other legal enforcement.

As a certified specialist in labour law, one of the main focuses of my work is the legally compliant drafting of employment contracts and all other bases of employment relationships as well as ongoing advice on the joint structuring of long-term cooperation. My consulting portfolio also includes the works constitution, advising works councils and supporting negotiations. My experience shows that consistency and transparency go hand in hand and also form the basis for conflict resolution. Managing directors and senior executives place special demands on the organisation and handling of contracts, and the influence of European case law also requires ongoing adaptation to the legal framework.

I use my expertise in insolvency law, which I acquired in a leading insolvency law firm, both for forward-looking advice and for the optimal enforcement of your rights when the worst comes to the worst. Together with you, we try to avoid liability traps for shareholders and managing directors and keep an eye on the risks of avoidance.

I have experience as a lecturer for specialised lectures and am also available for in-house training courses.
