As a certified specialist in corporate law, my focus is on out-of-court conflict counselling and litigation in corporate and complex commercial law disputes. I have been advising on corporate litigation for over ten years and have conducted numerous complex proceedings over the full distance. I can draw on in-depth tactical and procedural expertise. My credo: If conflicts and legal disputes cannot be avoided or resolved out of court, the legal dispute must be conducted with the utmost determination and consistency in order to ensure the long-term economic success of my clients.
In addition to conflict counselling and litigation, I advise my often long-standing clients from the upper mid-market on all corporate and commercial law matters with a particular focus on transactions (small & mid caps), in particular
I also specialise in inheritance law, in particular in advising family businesses on the inheritance and corporate law aspects of company transfers during a lifetime and in disputes relating to company succession. As a certified specialist in inheritance law, I head the cross-location specialist group “Inheritance law and succession” at SNP Schlawien. Together with our team of three specialist lawyers for inheritance law at our Munich office, we can also offer our private clients a very high and specialised quality of advice in inheritance law, including at the interfaces between inheritance and tax law as well as inheritance and family law.
I am a founding member of the Italian Desk of SNP Schlawien. My special language skills enable me to advise and represent Italian clients in Germany.
I studied law at the Ludwig-Maximilians-University in Munich and at the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan. After passing the assessor exam, I initially worked in a German-Italian commercial law firm in Munich and joined SNP Schlawien in 2014, becoming a partner in 2019.
In my private life, I am interested in philosophy (in addition to the Greek classics around Socrates, Plato and Aristotle, especially the first generation of the Frankfurt School around Adorno and Horkheimer and their critical theory) and studied part-time at the Jesuit School of Philosophy in Munich. I am currently studying for a doctorate in philosophy there.
