I have been advising national and international companies for over 30 years, primarily in the energy industry (on all issues relating to grid-bound and underground infrastructure facilities), the manufacturing industry (including the plastics industry, automotive suppliers, breweries) and various other sectors (engineering, ticketing, real estate), as well as associations, foundations and local authorities.

The tasks range from assistance with plant approvals under public law and the implementation of projects under civil law to the structuring of companies under company law and transactions, restructurings and succession issues.

When supporting associations and societies, the structuring of internal relationships is also often a focus of our advice.
