Sylvia Vogt

As a lawyer and certified specialist in labour law, I advise both private companies and the public sector as well as private individuals on all issues that may arise in connection with the initiation, conclusion, implementation and termination of employment relationships. My core areas include not only individual labour law from ‘A’ as in ‘warning’ to ‘Z’ as in ‘reference’, but also collective labour law in relation to works councils or staff councils.

I am also happy to deal with complex or special issues that go beyond the usual case scenarios. Particularly in special cases, a well-founded legal analysis is usually the first step in order to recognise and resolve any pitfalls at an early stage.
