Werner Hoffmann

My practice in Berlin focusses on mergers & acquisitions, corporate law, European law and international contract law.

In particular, I advise investment funds, family offices and companies from Germany and abroad – with a focus on Spain – on their structuring and investment and trading activities in Germany, especially in the property sector.

My international practice includes clients from Europe and overseas. In the past, I have advised European and German investment funds in the field of power plants and renewable energies.

In addition to law, I studied English, Spanish, history and literature as well as foreign trade. Before becoming a lawyer, I worked as a regional sales manager in the entire plant and mechanical engineering sector, specialising in North and South America and Asia. I am fluent in Spanish and English and bring a wealth of experience in international contract law and international negotiations to my current role.
