Webinar: Drafting sponsorship agreements with legal certainty

Sponsorship, particularly in sport and culture, is becoming increasingly important in legal life. It is not only major sporting or cultural events that would no longer be financially viable without sponsorship. Smaller sports clubs, amateur athletes and local cultural events in particular are also dependent on sponsorship from commercial enterprises, banks and private individuals. Mistakes when concluding sponsorship agreements can lead to legal losses, damages and other disadvantageous legal consequences.

But how can sponsorship agreements be drawn up in a legally secure manner?

Attorney Roland Gall will be discussing these questions in his webinar on Tuesday, October 15, 2024, 3:30 to 5:00 pm .

Mr. Gall works in the Stuttgart office of SNP Schlawien Partnerschaft mbB Rechtsanwälte Steuerberater. One focus of his legal practice is sports law, in particular legal issues relating to sponsorship. In addition to his work as a lawyer, Mr. Gall is a certified mountain bike trainer and is active on a voluntary basis in the committees of sports associations. In the 1.5-hour webinar, Mr. Gall will provide valuable tips on how to avoid legal errors when concluding sponsorship agreements.
