As a certified specialist in commercial and corporate law, I have been advising companies of all legal forms and sizes, in particular medium-sized companies and their shareholders, on all matters of corporate law, especially in corporate transactions, for over 15 years. Together with my team, I carry out due diligence reviews and organise and negotiate both asset and share deals.

As a certified specialist in labour law, I also provide comprehensive advice to executives, managing directors and board members on individual and collective labour law.

I represent my clients in and out of court in all labour and corporate law disputes. I have particularly extensive experience in the biotechnology/healthcare, software, retail and insurance sectors.
