Munich, December 4, 2024 – The commercial law firm SNP Schlawien advised mind Venture AG on the sale of Tecosim Group GmbH as well as all subsidiaries to Hinduja Tech Limited. The team led by SNP partners Dr Philipp Schlawien and Dr Armin Fary was particularly involved in drafting and negotiating the contracts, as well as managing, implementing and supporting the due diligence process.

With this acquisition, Hinduja plans to expand its presence in the European mobility engineering and R&D market and offer a comprehensive range of services, from advanced technological
innovations to leading systems integration.
