The new foundation law
Munich, 30 Juni 203 | On 01.07.2023, the new foundation law will come into force, which can be described as a fundamental reform of the previous foundation law. Up to now, foundation law in the federal states was regulated in 16 different state foundation laws. In this article, Dr. Stefan Schlawien and Peter Fabry explore the question of whether it makes sense to structure business succession and inheritance in the form of a (family) foundation.
