Peter Fabry’s advisory services focus on national and international tax structuring advice for larger medium-sized companies, asset and succession planning for family businesses and entrepreneurs as well as tax support for transactions. As a certified consultant for criminal tax law (DAA), he pays particular attention to the avoidance of criminal tax offences and advising companies on the development of tax compliance structures.

For many years, he has been co-author of the handbook “GmbH-Beratung für Gesellschafts- und Steuerrecht” (GmbH Consulting for Corporate and Tax Law) published by Dr. Otto Schmidt, Cologne, and is regularly recognized by Best Lawyers in the ranking “The Best Lawyers in Germany” for tax law and by Handelsblatt in the ranking “Germany’s Best Lawyers” for tax law.
