About me

As a certified specialist in building and architects’ law, I have been advising and representing clients – national and international companies, public institutions and private investors – and companies in the construction industry as well as architectural firms in all matters relating to private construction and works contract law as well as architectural law for over 30 years. A particular focus is on legal project management across an entire construction project: from property acquisition to letting. My work in real estate law includes classic advice and support in the search for and examination (including due diligence) of properties through to the conclusion of the purchase agreement or the sale of properties.

I intensively advise and represent medium-sized companies and private individuals in corporate law; I have particular expertise in conflict resolution at shareholder level or when shareholders leave the company. I also act as an appointed liquidator of companies, as I myself (as owner or on behalf of clients) am active as managing director of several companies. In the context of corporate transactions, I carry out due diligence checks on both the buyer and seller side and draft or negotiate share purchase agreements.

I also specialise in inheritance law, corporate succession and international private law.
