Maximilian Müller-Stärke

Attorney

About me

In the course of my work as a lawyer, I support local authorities as well as private individuals and associations of persons or corporations in matters of public law. I specialise in the areas of construction planning and building regulations law, immission control law, municipal law, subsidy and grant law and hunting and weapons law.

A further focus of my work is advising property companies on residential and commercial tenancy law and residential property law. In this context, I offer comprehensive legal support to condominium administrators in particular, both in and out of court.

I have been working at SNP’s Leipzig office since January 2024 and, as part of the team led by lawyer Thomas H. Golzer, I am expanding my portfolio of property-related advice with additional services in private construction and architectural law. I started my career in mid-2020 in a medium-sized law firm in Leipzig. I am passionate about using the experience I have gained here for the benefit of my clients.

As a former competitive athlete (canoe racing), I know that success thrives on the right tactics and consistent action. Both can always be expected from my side.

In addition to my work as a lawyer, I am also an honorary examiner for hunting examinations in the Free State of Saxony (district of North Saxony).
